Refund and Cancellation Policy

One-time purchases
Courses are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. There is nothing to cancel and you will not be billed again.
Refund eligibility
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course lessons.
How to request a refund
Use the contact form and choose "Refund or cancellation", or email support@example.com from the address on your account. Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
After a refund
Course and community access end when a refund is issued.
Exceptions
We may decline requests that show signs of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or sharing course content.
